My Personal Health Journey

Many people do not like to talk about their medical history, but I have never been one to shy away from sharing my REALity.

I have a few autoimmune diseases, a few heart surgeries in my teens, and suffered a stroke recently at 27 years old.  This was a huge shock and completely threw me off track.  People have stated, I am a workaholic and my brain runs laps around most people.  After my stroke, I was debilitated.  I lost ability to control muscles in body, to talk for a while, and even to process new data.  I run multiple businesses and was completely stopped for 6-8 weeks.  I went to my Dr. for a check up and he suggested I start vitimans and told me to get Nature Made from CVS, so I did in desperation to be better, I spent $127 for a 10 -12 day supply of everything he told me to get.  i took for most of that time and was not feeling better so was feeling defeated and hopeless, I turn to my best friend who advices me to try her natural vitamins.  I learned quickly how to read the labels,  understand what was in them and how they were made, and how these other vitamins may help me.  I took the Lifelong Vitality pack 3x a day and within two days I saw a noticeable improvement.  I was able to speak better, to process my thoughts more completely and was sold very quickly.  I started extensively researching  how they worked so well and why the others did not.  I have become a wellness advocate because I believe these products are life changing and I want to share that with others.
